Our treasurer is responsible for monitoring the income and expenditure for the club. He also produces and presents the club accounts at committee meetings |

Welfare officer |

Our welfare officer assists with the safeguarding and protecting of our young swimmers at MASC. We adhere to Wavepower 2020-2023 policy and procedures. |

Membership Secretary |

Our Membership Secretary registers all members, helpers and officials with the swimming club and manages our Online Management System for Swim England. She sends out all club communication to members and their families via email to keep them up to date with club news and upcoming events. They are also the first point of contact for all electronic membership enquiries received. |

Competition secretary |

Our Competition Secretary organises the swimmers’ entries to local Galas as well as arranging officials and Team Managers to accompany our swimmers. She also organises our own club events. |

SwimMark Co-ordinator |

Our SwimMark Co-ordinator ensures we are compliant with Swim England’s swimMark accreditation programme. As part of this process she submits evidence to ensure we maintain our SwimMark Essential Club Kite Mark. |

Kit Manager |

Grants & Fundraising |

Our grants & fundraising volunteer applies for funding to ensure our teachers and coaches have the most up to date training. We have also used grants to purchase resources to use in the pool. |

Rota Administrator |

Our door administrator ensures that we always have someone signing our swimmers in for their sessions. |
