Hi Everyone

Many of you will be aware that we run Land Training sessions on a Tuesday evening, over the past year the number of people attending the sessions has dropped significantly and we have now made the difficult decision to stop the sessions with immediate effect, it was not an easy decision to make but the sessions are no longer financially viable for us to run.

But do not fear, this is not the end of the road for our fitness training! As you read this we are working on an exciting new fitness session that we hope will be more appealing and better suited to our swimmers, we hope it will be fun as well as focusing on the specific training needs of our swimmers.
